We all love to treasure things that are of great value to us. Things that bring contentment to us and our essential and help us all for a long run in times of great need we tend to reserve it.

Christ has given us the treasure of truth new or old he has asked us not to hide but to

bring it forth for the benefit of others. Learning and understanding scriptures are compared to treasure that confirms and enlightens the blind and guide to those who swing away from the truth.

Isaiah 33:6 And he will be the stability of your times, A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge, the fear of the Lord is his treasure.

Job 23:12 I have not departed from the counsel of his lips. I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

Timothy 6: 18&19 Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so

that they may take hold of that which is life indeed.

Colossians 2&3 That their hearts may be encouraged having been knit together in love and attaining to all the wealth that comes from understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of Gods mystery, that is Christ himself in whom are hidden all the treasure of wisdom and knowledge.

Mathew 6:21 Where your treasure is there your heart will be also!
